One warm little home
for your child's life across two houses.

TwoNests is a co-parenting app built for parents who genuinely want to work together — and especially for shift workers juggling long, rotating, or overnight schedules. The tone stays warm and encouraging. Never a battle.

What's inside

Everything about your kid, in one warm place

Nine small, focused tools — not a wall of features. Each one exists because something about co-parenting well was falling through the cracks without it. Want the full walkthrough, screen by screen? See the guide »

📅

Joint Calendar

One shared calendar both parents add to — plus recurring events, so nobody re-types "soccer, every Monday" all season. Tap any day to see what's already on it before adding something new.

🔁

Shifts & Nest Duty

Tell it your rotation once — 4-on/3-off, overnight, whatever it is — and it fills the calendar automatically.

🦊

Care

Food (including bottles — ounces, formula or breast milk), sleep, potty, and medicine logs with "logged by" attribution — plus a spot for allergies, so nothing critical gets missed at a handoff.

🎒

Handoff

A shared checklist for pickup, drop-off, or a nest changeover — nothing forgotten, no scorekeeping.

💛

Moments

Shared photos, videos, and milestones like first steps and first words — tap any one to view it full-size. Plus the occasional memory pop-up to warm the heart on an ordinary day.

🎈

Ideas

Free and low-cost things to do together, starting with a ready-made bank of ideas — with a "surprise me" button and your own pick of date and time when you schedule one.

🫶

Village

Invite grandparents, babysitters, or teachers into exactly the parts of the app that are relevant to them — even scoped to just one child, if you have more than one.

🧾

Shared Costs

A light running balance for shared expenses. Here if you need it — but never the focus.

💌

Notes

Quick, kind words for each other. Not a chat log, not a record — just the small things worth saying.

Two Nests

Why we built it this way

Built for connection, not documentation

Most co-parenting apps are built around one assumption: that you and your co-parent are adversaries who need a paper trail. TwoNests starts from a different one.

Our north star

A kid doesn't experience a custody arrangement the way adults experience a legal one. They experience whether the two people raising them feel like a team. Every feature here is judged against one question: does this help a child feel steady and loved across two homes — not just organized?

What most apps assume

⚠️Tone-scanning AI that reads every message you send, because conflict is expected by default.
⚠️GPS check-ins at every handoff — a surveillance layer between two parents.
⚠️Evidence-mode switched on by default — every message treated as a court exhibit, whether your family needs that or not.
⚠️One rigid custody template, bolted onto whatever schedule you're actually living.

What we build instead

💛Warmth by default: memory pop-ups, kind notes, and a Handoff checklist framed around care, not blame.
💛No tracking, no scanning — trust is the starting point, not something the app has to enforce.
💛Built for real family shapes: shift-work rotations, together-under-one-roof Nesting, or two separate homes.
💛A Village your child can actually feel — grandparents and sitters brought in on your terms, not locked out or given everything.
✨ TwoNests Keep

A court-ready record, kept warm

Everyday TwoNests is free, and it stays that way. But some families — especially in higher-conflict situations, or under a court order — need a reliable record. TwoNests Keep is that layer: the warm alternative to the cold, expensive court apps. It's optional, opt-in, and off by default — there only when your family needs it.

💬

Tamper-evident record

Once a message is sent, it can't be quietly changed or deleted. Every entry is timestamped and locked into a verifiable history.

🕰️

Independently timestamped

Your record is certified by a trusted outside timestamp — so "when" isn't just our word for it, it's independently verifiable.

📄

Court-ready exports

A clean, paginated, timestamped export you can hand an attorney or file with the court — no scramble to screenshot months of history.

🔗

Read-only professional access

Share a calm, read-only link with a mediator, lawyer, or guardian ad litem — no login for them to juggle, and you can revoke it anytime.

💸

Money, on the record

Log shared costs and support with locked, tamper-evident receipts. The money moves in your own app — TwoNests just keeps the record, so no one holds anyone's funds.

📞

Calls, logged

Private in-app voice and video with your co-parent, each call logged for the record.

One flat price · your whole family

$149 a year, or $15 a month — both parents and your invited caregivers included. Not per parent. That's about the cost of a single OurFamilyWizard seat, except it covers your whole family: OurFamilyWizard, TalkingParents, and AppClose all bill per parent, so a family pays roughly $150–$600 a year. Hardship and domestic-violence fee waivers are always available.

💛 Our promise holds inside Keep too: no ads, no per-parent fees, ever. If a Keep subscription ever lapses, your records simply become read-only and exportable — never locked away. Accountability when it's needed, never surveillance by default.
Questions

Frequently asked

If yours isn't here, the feedback box just below reaches me directly.

Is TwoNests free right now?

Yes — the whole thing is free while it's in beta. No trial, no credit card, no catch. If that ever changes down the road, beta testers will be the first to know and won't be surprised by it.

How do I get access?

Request access up top with your email — we're bringing families in gradually so we can actually keep up with feedback during the beta. You'll get an email with a one-time access code and the app link once you're approved, usually within a day or two.

I already have access but lost the link — what do I do?

No need to request access again — just open the app directly here and log in with your username and password (or Google/Microsoft, if you connected one). Worth bookmarking it or adding it to your home screen this time so it doesn't happen again — instructions are up in the hero section above.

Is my family's information private?

Your family's calendar, care logs, moments, and notes are only visible to the parents (and any village members you specifically invite) in your family — nobody else can see them. This is still a beta, so treat it the way you'd treat any early product: great for day-to-day coordination, not the only copy of anything irreplaceable.

Do I need to install anything from an app store?

No app store needed. Open the link on your phone and add it to your home screen (instructions are up in the hero section above) — it behaves just like an installed app from there, icon and all.

How do I invite my co-parent, or a grandparent/babysitter?

Once you're set up, Settings has an invite code you can text or email straight to your co-parent. Grandparents, babysitters, and other supporters get their own separate invite code with narrower access — visible in the Village tab inside the app.

Can we switch between Two Nests and Nesting later?

Yes, anytime, right from Settings. Nothing is locked in — your family's actual living situation can change and the app can change with it.

I found a bug, or something feels off — what do I do?

Please tell me! The feedback box just below sends details straight to my inbox — or use the feedback form right inside the app, under Settings. Beta testers finding the rough edges is exactly how this gets better.

Where can I see everything the app can do?

The full guide walks through every screen — Calendar, Care, Handoff, Moments, Ideas, Village, Shared Costs, Notes, and Settings — with exactly how to use each one.
